IBM Extreme Blue Case Study Competition
The IBM Extreme Blue Case Study Competition is being held this Saturday January 30, 2010 at Ottawa U. The competition is open to female undergraduate and graduate engineering and science students and Carleton and University of Ottawa MBA students of both genders.
How it works: In teams of 4, you will have 2 hours to come up with a solution to a “Smarter Planet” case study problem presented at the beginning of the competition. A four minute presentation will be delivered demonstrating the solution, the effective use of technology in solving the problem, and proof that the solution makes business sense. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams.

The Competition was a new experience to me; meeting different students from different backgrouds and working together on the case for the first time. It was a lot of fun. Thanks to IBM and to my team.
