Day 6.  Today was a study day.  It was supposed to be my first gym day, but that didn’t happen. Everyone always says they’re too busy – but it really is a hectic week, and by the way things are going I’ll probably end up starting next Monday :0)

As for how I feel, same as yesterday. Energy still up, easier to get up in the morning.  No headaches whatsoever these day.  So far so good :0)

What I ate today:

  • How water and lemon
  • Yummy omlettes like yesterdays and some smoked salmon
  • Green tea with lots of fresh mint 
  • Spicy dahl, salmon fillet, and green salad

Exercise:

  • none today – still planning on starting on Monday…next Monday instead of today.

How I feel:

Still more energetic than before.
